A professional photo day is taking place at our school. A photographer will take individual portraits as well as class and group photos. Taking part is voluntary. Only pupils with a signed consent form are photographed.

Preparation
These tips help the photos turn out well:
- Plain, muted clothing without large logos or patterns, or school uniform if agreed
- Avoid neon colours and bright white
- A neat appearance is enough. Hair clips and glasses are no problem
- For the class photo, remember the shared theme if one was agreed
How ordering works
After photo day your child receives a personal access code on a QR photo card. With this code you see only your child's photos in the password-protected online gallery and can order prints or downloads.

Order deadline
Please order by [Order deadline]. After that the gallery closes and the photos are deleted in line with the privacy policy.

Privacy
The photos are stored in a password-protected gallery. Only people with a valid access code can see your child's photos. No names are shown next to the photos. After the order deadline all photos are deleted. They are never used for advertising or passed on to third parties.
