Dashboard Overview
After login you land here. The dashboard shows revenue, orders, storage and the latest activity at a glance.
- 1Sidebar: access to all areas, arranged in three groups.
- 2Open Shop shows your shop as parents see it. Next to it search, notifications and account.
- 3Status chips: trial or subscription and free storage.
- 4Key figures: total revenue, orders, customers, events. With quick access.
- 5Performance: revenue and order history, selectable period.
- 6Storage by type: images, invoices, credit notes, backups, media.
- 7Recent orders with amount and status.
Key figures
The four cards at the top show the state of your business. The percentage compares with the previous period.
Total revenue
All paid orders. Below it the change compared with the previous period.
Orders
Number of orders received. “All orders” opens the list.
Customers
Registered parents with the number of new customers in the period.
Events
Active and planned photo days. Clicking the name opens the event.
Performance & metrics
The chart shows revenue and orders in the selected period. The detail values are on the left.

Today, 7 days, 30 days, this month, last month.

Storage, orders, header
The right column and the header area provide the running information.
Storage
Used and free storage of your plan, broken down into images, invoices, credit notes, backups and media. The refresh icon recalculates.
Recent orders
Customer, order number, date, amount and status. “View all” leads to the order list.
Header
Global search across events, customers and orders. Bell for notifications. “Open Shop” shows your shop in a new tab.
Status chips
Trial with remaining days or your subscription, next to it the free storage. Click leads to subscription or storage.
