Your own account in three minutes. Register, enter the code from the email, sign in. No payment method needed.

Create an account

First choose the country where your business is established. It sets the contract version (EU, UK or US), the currency and the tax defaults, and takes you to the matching Pixalo domain. registration page

  2. 2Continue: opens the registration form, on your country's domain where applicable.

Then fill in the four fields. The studio URL is checked instantly while you type.

  1. 1Name of your photo business. Appears in the shop and in emails.
  2. 2Studio URL: your shop address as a subdomain, e.g. smith-photo.pixalo.de.
  3. 3Email address for login, confirmation code and notifications.
  4. 4Password, at least 8 characters. The eye icon reveals it.
  5. 5Confirm the terms of use and the data processing agreement (DPA). Required.
  6. 6Start for free sends the confirmation code to your email.

Photography business name

Your company or studio name. Can be changed in the settings at any time.

Studio URL

Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only. You connect your own domain such as shop.your-studio.com later in the settings.

Email address

Your username. Each address can be used for one account only.

Password

At least 8 characters. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else.

Terms of use & DPA

Because you process personal data of children and parents, registration includes a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. The checkbox is required. Consent to news by email is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.

Confirm your email

Right after submitting, the code entry appears. At the same time we send a 6-digit code to your email address.

Open the email from Pixalo with the subject “Verification code”.

Type the six digits. You can also paste the code, the fields fill in automatically.

As soon as the sixth digit is entered, the code is checked automatically. No click needed.

Done. You are signed in and land in the setup wizard.

Expired or not received? Click “Didn't receive a code? Resend” below the fields. Check your spam folder too.

Sign in

All later logins go through the login page. Switch the page language at the top right. login page

Enter your email address and password.

“Stay signed in” keeps the session open on this device for 90 days. Leave it off on shared devices.

If two-factor login is enabled, we also ask for a code from your email.

After login the dashboard opens. On the very first login, the setup wizard.

Two-factor login

Under Account you can additionally secure login with an email code. Recommended as soon as several people work with the account.

Forgot password

Click “Forgot password?” on the login page and enter your email address.

Enter your email address and click “Send link”.

You receive an email with a reset link.

Open the link, enter the new password twice, save.

Sign in with the new password. All other sessions are ended for security reasons.

No email received?

For security reasons the page always shows the same message, even if the address is not registered. Check the spelling and your spam folder. The link is valid for a limited time.
