Team and permissions
Invite photographers into your studio and decide what each person may see and do. The owner account stays with you.
The team page
Under Team you see every account in your studio. Photographers are in the upper list, owner and management below. In each row you can edit, set permissions, deactivate the account or delete it permanently.

Invite a photographer
You enter first name, last name and email address. The invited person receives an email and sets their own password. You never set it and never see it.

Permissions
The studio default applies to every photographer without an individual setting. Changes take effect immediately. Single people can differ from it, and that is visible in the list.

What always stays with the owner
Subscription, payment details, legal acceptances and deleting the account are reserved for the owner. Photographers do not see these areas.
Close access at once
Deactivating ends running sessions immediately. The person's work stays, only the access is closed.
