You find the team in the sidebar under Team. Only the owner and admins see this page.

• Shield: switch two-factor login on or off.
• Pencil: change first name, last name and language. The email address is the login and stays fixed.
• Sliders: permissions for this person only.
• Power and bin: deactivate or delete permanently.

Click Invite photographer and fill in the four fields.

1. 1Email address: the invitation goes here. It becomes the login later.
2. 2Language: language of the invitation email and of the interface for this person.
3. 3Two-factor authentication: a 6-digit code arrives by email at every login. On by default and recommended.
4. 4Send invitation: sends the link.

1. 1The person opens the link in the email. It is valid for 72 hours.
2. 2They set their own password.
3. Then they log in and only see the areas you allow.

On the right are the Default permissions for photographers. Every change applies at once.

• Main rights: for example events, orders, products & packages, customers, statistics, discount codes, appointments and shop design.
• Single rights below: such as renaming an event, choosing the watermark, regenerating access codes or issuing refunds. If the main right is off, they are locked.
• Areas without a right: disappear from the photographer’s sidebar.

If one person needs more or less, click Manage permissions in their row.

2. 2Reset to studio default: removes all of this person’s own rules.
3. 3Own rule: here Jonas may issue refunds although the default does not allow it.

Deactivate locks the account. All active sessions end at once. Activate opens it again at any time.

The owner and admins always have all rights. Only the owner can deactivate or delete admin accounts. Photographers change password and two-factor login in their own account.
